My experience here was incredibly frustrating. I had to deal with hygiene issues in my room, which included dirty floors and lost hair in the bathroom. Additionally, both the pool and the breakfast service were disappointing and not worth the price I paid.

The villa was super spacious with a private pool. Enjoyed lounging in the lush garden. Breakfast had a good selection, including poached eggs. The hotel has two nice pools and a small gym. The whole place felt natural and peaceful. Staff was friendly and quick to help. Lots of tropical plants around too.

However, the resort is quite far from downtown Hua Hin. Getting to restaurants or shops required a taxi ride, which could be around 200-300 baht each way. The dining options were limited with only two restaurants, and I could see some guests getting bored with the menu. Breakfast lacked variety and could use improvements. On a few occasions, cleanliness in areas like the pool villa was an issue, and I noticed some hygiene concerns. It felt a bit inconsistent given the 5-star rating. Overall, a lovely stay, but some areas could use attention.

We had a wonderful time staying in our villa with a private pool. The staff and management truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even checking up on us when I experienced a health issue. The resort itself is stunning, with lush gardens and a serene atmosphere. However, the pricing at the resort's restaurants was a bit steep, which could be improved.
